Parts and Supplies

Anyone can sell a pump. But when you buy a vacuum pump from Helium Leak Testing, Inc., we offer you more than just a model number. Our full range of vacuum pump services can ensure that your company meets or exceeds its production schedule. These services include sales, leasing, maintenance, repair, and a huge inventory of parts and supplies.

Although we're an authorized distributor for Alcatel pumps and a Leybold service center, we maintain our independence supplying any pump or part you specified with quick turnarounds. With piece of hardware, we offer invaluable experience and expertise. We provide solutions to pump maintenance challenges, thereby optimizing production of your process equipment.

Due to our comprehensive pump services, institutions and companies such as USC, UCLA, ISET, TRW, Hughes and Boeing contract us to maintain their pumps on a regularly scheduled basis. They depend on us to analyze and discover the most effective solutions to keep their equipment operating to manufacturers specifications.

They also depend on the thousands of supplies that we stock, so they don't have to. Helium Leak Testing, Inc consistently fills orders for silicon fluids, inert fluids, Plasma Oil 80, PFPE, hydrocarbon vacuum pump fluids, and synthetic vacuum pump fluids. We stock o-rings, seals, gaskets, gauges, hoses, valves, ISO vacuum fittings, filters, cold traps, leak detector components, vacuum pump repair kits, cleaning materials and more. We also maintain an inventory of remanufactured pumps and accessories, including replacements for many out-of-production models. Whatever you need, we probably have it. Or we can get it to you fast.

QF Series - Particle Filters

These filters have proven to be an effective means towards keeping metallic, plastic and other particles and fibers from entering leak detectors, vacuum systems and vacuum pumps. These filters replace existing centering rings which make them very simple to install and maintain. The average life expectancy of a filter is approximately one year depending on the type and amount of contamination which enters the vacuum equipment. It is recommended that they be removed as often as determined necessary and cleaned by agitating them in alcohol or other solvent and then drying them with compressed air.

These efficient filters have been tested for helium retention with no adverse effects. The use of these filters at the inlet of vacuum equipment can extend the service life extensively.

Standard filters are available in QF series centering ring sizes and may be purchased with various microns rated stainless steel or brass filters.

Special applications are more than welcome.
