Vacuum Pump Maintenance Program
Scope of Work:
Under this purchase agreement, HLT will provide the personnel and equipment necessary
to effective service of the buyer's equipment. HLT's services will be accomplished
upon a mutual agreement between HLT representatives and the buyer. HLT's maintenance
services will be accomplished in accordance with the recommended specifications
of the manufacturer and in compliance with the buyer's requirements.
Quarterly Maintenance Consist of the Following:
- Functional check of all Vacuum pump.
- Visual observations of all pump fluids.
- Replacement of pumps fluids.
- Replacement of seals and all normal consumables.
- Pick up, delivery, and installation.
Service Tickets:
HLT will prepare and provide a service ticket to the buyer or representative
upon completion of each day activities. The service ticket will include, but not
be limited, to the following information:
- The purchase agreement number.
- The purchase agreement sub-release number
- Scope of work performed.
- Hours that work was performed.
- The buyer or representative signature.
Invoices:
Invoices will be submitted as required, listing all services performed on that
particular call. HLT will invoice for materials only and will include the following:
- Purchase agreement number.
- Release number.
- Cost of material and parts provided.
Leak Detector Maintance Program
Scope of Work:
Under this purchase agreement, HLT will provide the personnel and equipment necessary
to effective service of the buyer's equipment. HLT's services will be accomplished
upon a mutual agreement between HLT representatives and the buyer. HLT's maintenance
services will be accomplished in accordance with the recommended specifications
of the manufacturer and in compliance with the buyer's requirements.
Quarterly Maintenance Consist of the Following:
- Functional check of all operating parameters.
- Visual observations of all pump fluids.
- Replacement of pumps fluids, filaments, and other consumables that are required
to maintain factory specifications.
Annual Overhauls Consist of the Following:
- Complete disassembly of vacuum system; including all mechanical vacuum pumps.
- Replacement of seals and all normal consumables.
- Thorough cleaning of all valves and manifolding.
- Complete check of all electronic parameters.
- Pick up, delivery, and installation.
Service Tickets:
HLT will prepare and provide a service ticket to the buyer or representative
upon completion of each day activities. The service ticket will include, but not
be limited, to the following information:
- The purchase agreement number.
- The purchase agreement sub-release number.
- Scope of work performed.
- Hours that work was performed.
