Leak Testing Service
Your place or ours?
Over the last four decades, Helium
Leak Testing, Inc. has performed an extensive amount of field testing, successfully solved
customer leak testing problems covering a wide expanse of locales and applications.
This expertise includes detecting life support systems leakage on a submarine
tender in the south pacific, as well as discovering a costly leak in the internal
systems of an Alaskan pulp mill. Helium Leak Testing, Inc. is also a co-developer
of the environmental sealing technology currently being employed by the International
Space Station. Today, our field engineers will go anywhere an airplane can fly.
Tomorrow, we hope to go anywhere man can travel.
In addition to our versatile field testing capabilities, HLT's testing laboratory
offers a wide variety of leak detection services. Prototypes, as well as difficult
sealing applications are our specialty. If, by chance, your leak detector quit
functioning just when you needed it the most, we can quickly turn your project
around… while at the same time repairing your leak detector! Be assured that expedited
orders are always welcome here at Helium Leak Testing, Inc. In addition, there
is no such thing as a job which is too large, or too small for us to accomplish.
HLT's leak detection capabilities include leak testing to MIL STD's 202F, 750C,
and 883C. Our testing services are also performed in conjunction with the ASME
Boiler Pressure and Vessel Code, Section V-Article 10.
Our resourceful engineering staff can develop and write test specifications and
procedures to cover any critical testing requirement. HLT can design test fixturing
and create test methods to test large or small components or systems. Qualified
