We Manufacture and Calibrate Leak Standards In-house.

Helium mass spectrometer leak detectors are designed to trace amounts of helium passing through small leaks and display the measurement as leak rate. To ensure the accuracy of the measurement it is necessary to calibrate the leak detector in a regular basis by introducing a precise flow of helium into the leak detector and comparing with the output measured. This precise flow of helium is obtained through the calibrated leak standard.

We at HLT are proud to claim that we were the first to present a new concept in leak detection. We manufactured an adjustable Helium leak standard for different pressure ranges.

Now Full-Spectrum Leak Testing Without Recalibration

Virtually any leak rate from 10^-2 to 10^-9 cc/sec at 100% to 1% helium can be set with a single fingertip adjustment, eliminating the need for time consuming and costly recalibration.
No special training or skills are required to use this simple, yet precise instrument. And, the unique in-line horizontal positioning of the pressure gauge provides easy access to readings without the need for clumsy maneuvering.

We at HLT have a laboratory fully equipped to provide accuracy and fast turn around with up to date equipment and trained staff. We calibrate and service all types of vacuum gauges (pirani, convection, ionization, capacitance manometers, cold cathode). Certification for dial and digital gauges, controllers is also available. Do not run your equipment without knowing where your process is operating. HLT's quality of the work is NIST traceable with actual readings.
