The multi-port system purpose is to leak check double enclosure pipe interconnections.
This system was designed to accommodate more than twenty different configurations
per customer request. Exchanging fixtures is fast and simple. A complete fixture
exchange and qualification would take no more than 10 minutes. The added value
of this system to our customer besides the ability able to enhance sensitivity
for two decades of magnitude, is cycle time reduction from 3 minutes to 25 seconds
per unit tested.
Gas Cylinder Full Containment leak Test System
Helium Leak Testing, Inc. has fabricated several automated leak detection systems
for different industries such as the semiconductor, aerospace, petroleum and natural
gas cylinders manufactures. The option below offers a full containment capability
to test the integrity of the whole cylinder.
Our customer produces ultra-lightweight all composite Natural Gas Storage Cylinder.
These cylinders are currently being utilized in Toyota Hybrid cars and Gm vehicles.
Because these cylinders are not made of solid metal, they require 100% testing
of full containment. The cylinder is loaded in a chamber and the setup is shown
below:
