We have extensive experience in designing, building and supporting leak testing and process control for our customers within the Automotive Industry. We can offer proven, robust, and reliable test procedures for a wide range of automotive products and applications including critical automotive safety assemblies such as airbags, oil filters for Honda and Nissan, Hydrogen fuel tests for Toyota, air conditioners, gas tanks, gas shocks, fuel injectors, vacuum solenoids, custom leak test seals, fuel pumps using a choice of helium, vacuum, mass flow, differential pressure or pressure decay. We built systems to leak test hermetically sealed components. We pioneered a system for testing aluminum wheels. We leak tested the BMW750hi hydrogen powered fuel system.

Proven designs of automated machines for high volume applications are available to handle production rates per throughput specified.
